Deposit
A fifty percent (50%) Non-Refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Deposit may be paid by credit card, cash, or check. Customer agrees to provide Casa Condesa Collection with the final order quantities no less than Fourteen (14) days prior to event date, at which time Casa Condesa Collection will present Customer with a final invoice which must be paid in full at the time the final order is placed.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will apply on any rental items or entire order canceled less than Fourteen (14) days before delivery or will call pickup. A 100% cancellation fee will apply on any rental items or entire order canceled less than Seven (7) days before delivery or will call/pickup. No Refunds will be issue on any unused items.
Damage Waiver Protection Plan
Customer has the option to accept our damage waiver protection plan. If a customer accepts the protection plan, Casa Condesa Collection will waive any claims against the customer for accidental breakage or damage to rental items.
Damage waiver protection plan is non-refundable.
Understand Protection Plan is not insurance, and it does not cover:
Items not returned.
Theft
Damage resulting from vandalism or intentional or improper misuse.
Any damage due to weather.
Damage resulting from failure to secure rental items during transport, overloading or exceeding the rated capacity of the rental items.
Damage to motors or other electrical appliances or devices caused by artificial current.
Any damage resulting from use of the rental items in violation of any provision of this agreement or violation of any law, ordinance, or regulation.
